About Worktops
Worktops and furniture boards of Soyuz IG is a guarantee of:
- wear resistance of item;
- high impact strength and resistance to mechanical effects;
- high temperature resistance;
- resistance of coating to UV radiation, preservation of its color over time resistance to household chemicals, food acids, coffee, wine, ink;
- wide, constantly updated range of products.
Base
High-quality particleboards 26 mm, particleboards 38 mm of increased moisture resistance and MDF boards are used as a base for worktops and furniture boards. Due to special components they are resistant to mold occurrence and prevent from plaque formation.
The boards have high strength and resistance to delamination. Besides, they guarantee ecological and health safety for the products (formaldehyde emission class E1).
Enterprises of the holding ensure the supply of MDF boards and particleboards after double-quality control: in the course of boards manufacture and directly during manufacture of worktops and furniture boards.
Coating
Surfaces of worktops and furniture boards are coated with high quality paper-based plastic laminate sheets. "Soyuz" industrial group offers the widest range of decors in Russia: over 250 including exclusive ones.
Plastic manufacturing technologies enable to represent richness of decor and successfully imitate the texture of various natural materials. Relief surfaces have attractive visual effects and also organoleptic qualities (imitation of rough surface of a stone, mica or porous surface of a tree).
Decors of furniture boards correspond to decors of worktops.
Due to the plastic of world leading manufacturers which is used for the production of Soyuz SG worktops, high wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and resistance to other mechanical effects, as well as high temperatures are guaranteed. Special resins and coating impregnations make the worktop resistant to steam and moisture, the main enemies of any furniture, that are inevitable in the kitchen.
